January is a great time to get started on making changes in your life. ¬†Letting go of old habits and creating healthier ones. ¬†Here are a few tips to help you be most successful in your New Year’s resolutions.

  • Frame your resolution (goal) positively
  • Keep it simple and specific
  • Design a plan to reach your goal
  • When you fall off the wagon, look at internal issues that may contribute to not reaching your goal smoothly
  • Begin each day repeating the goal to remind yourself of your intention
