Relax, Recharge, Renew

Take the time to pick-up the December issue of Washingtonian Magazine.  The cover story highlights effective ways to reduce stress and recharge.  I feel fortunate I was given the opportunity to guide writer Cathy Alter in her day long journey of living in the present moment.  This mindfulness skill allows us to enjoy the richness of our lives and savor the fullness that is the present moment.  Often we are distracted by the chatter in our heads and miss out on engaging in life’s abundance.
