Summer is Here!

I love summer.  It is more relaxed, sunny, and has many of the things I like to do.  What is your favorite season?  I find that my mood is better in my favorite season.  I thought it might be interesting to make different goals each season to see if harder goals for me personally may be easier to reach in a season in which I feel good and hopefully keep them going in a more difficult time of year.

Summer goal – Meditate 10-20 minutes a day.
