Mindfulness

As the weather changes this is a great time to add in a mindfulness practice.  Try this…the next time you go outdoors, leave the headphones off and just be in the present moment taking time to notice the wind on your face, looking around and noticing everything around you.  If you notice your focus wandering to your to-do list or other things, bring your focus back by stopping to pay special attention to one item – like a beautiful fallen leaf.  At the end of your mindful walk or commute notice how you feel.
