Mindfulness Meditation

Fall is a great time to make a commitment to behavior change. Pick one small thing you can do to increase your health, wellness, and overall happiness. For years I have dabbled in meditation and mindfulness attending groups, doing some on my own, but not as consistent as I know will make a difference. I know when I meditate more often or focus on present moment living, I feel happier and manage stress better. I am committing to practicing one or both each day for only 10-20 minutes (probably will start more with 10 minutes).
